Another Note from Praxis Universal

Hi Zac Pac!

To clarify, we are looking for ORIGINAL music - which means it must be entirely your creation - like if you're a composer or are in a band. Or, if you know a band, say, and ask them if they'd like to participate, that would work as well. Working directly with "big" companies like major record labels is a huge headache - not only expensive, but they seem to work on Geological Time.

To all of the responses so far: You guys ROCK! Thanks, and keep them coming!

Try going to CD Baby. They're wonderful people and are very easy to deal with. I'm sure they'll be able to accommodate you.

Hey Zac...seems a little slow today, or maybe it's weather keeping you busy. We just read Praxis. I called a friend here in Atlanta. He sings great, writes some of his own stuff, band, etc. I'll pass the message on. Hope you're well...storming the sea, instead of it storming you. Have a great night...sweet calm dreams. From Atlanta, Desi & Mimi.

If you're looking for something specific, let me know. Give me a topic and a mood/genre, and I can have an original song recorded for you in a few weeks.

Hi Mike and Zac,

My son Miles left you a note in the "contact us" section of the Praxis website. Hopefully, you will get the information. He is a 17 y/o also and is a songwriter, guitarist and in two bands. He has two songs, "Alive" and "To the Island" that would go well with a documentary. He is the same age as Zac, with lofty goals of his own. Please give him a listen.

Looks like a hurricane is developing where Zac reported his location a couple of days ago. Wish you a safe sailing.

Zacpac leader...Just checked out sailflow.com...from here, looks like light breezes. How far off shore are you sailing now? Sounds like you've been able to get a little rest. I hope it stays that way. You need to rest up for your big party! "May the wind always be at your back, & the sun upon your face...", & we'll pray for stars above your head...for the rest of the trip...year...life. Have a great day. Hi! I'm a member of a band called the Awake Music Project, a new Christian band from Charlotte, NC. We could probably create some great music to go along with your DVD, and when we put our minds to it we're pretty quick. As soon as we have some demo material, I'll make sure you get to hear it. We're in the process of recording a single right now. Thanks for reading :) (myspace.com/awakemusicproject) we can be contacted through me at mymechanicalpencil@gmail.com or our vocalist at howdytodowdy@gmail.com
